I finished Style by Kate Spade and have now dug myself 8 chapters into The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Wow Kelly, this book is amazing so far. There is a lot of food for thought in this book, besides just have a great storyline. I have a difficult time reading a book if it doesn't interest me in the first few pages, but this one has. In my opinion, it's hard to write a good conclusion to a book, so I'm not expecting endings to be spectacular. But if the beginning of the book doesn't catch my attention, then it can only get worse from there and so I may give up. I've pushed to the ending on a couple books, but most of the time I give up and move on to something more enjoyable. Kelly, I'm wondering if you have read the sequels, books two and three?

We held the blood drive yesterday, and my work is finally done! Now on to preparing for my health class that is held next weekend and Stake Womens Conference the following weekend. Plus, I have a religion and marriage relationships midterm this upcoming week. I did great on both tests last time so I'm not stressing over these tests. 

Once again I am completely wasting my time looking at blogs instead of doing something more productive. But hey, maybe some day I will actually be an interior designer and not just wishing I was one. I absolutely LOVE some of the wallpapers from this site, especially this one. I imagine using it inside a book or shelving unit. The Nantucket Nautical would look good in a children's bedroom, I think. One thing I thought was interesting in their gallery was that instead of doing an entire room in the wallpaper, they cut out 12"x12" squares, framed them, and hung them on solid painted walls. It's just enough to get a view of the paper without showing the repetitiveness. 

Guess what starts tonight? The Olympics! I assure you that my television will be tuned to NBC for the entire week. Can't get enough of the snowboarding and sledding events. 

I am unsure about what to think of the mascots. Have other Olympics had mascots as well, or is this something new the Canadians are trying out?

And as if the cartoon picture wasn't enough, they have men running around wearing these costumes. I hope they are getting paid a lot of money.
