Rental House

We are going for it! We are going to live off base in a rental house. I was led to militarybyowner.com by our Relief Society pres. And there was one house within our budget. Even with utilities we will still be covered by our BAH. 

After talking with the Housing Management Office today, we were told if we waited for a house on base we could be waiting another 4-6 weeks. Since we only get reimbursed for the first 10 days, and then BAH kicks in after that, we decided it was best not to waste our housing allowance on a hotel room and find something off base. I really only want to move one last time, so we will remove our name from the wait-list and live in this rental the duration of our stay in Enid. 

The house will not be ours until January 17th, and our belongings will be delivered and assembled on the 21st.
