I am feeling particularly irked today by the news and political happenings around the country.
Josh posted a (long) video of peaceful pamphlet distributors beings detained in front of Independence Hall. The mother and son was especially touching. I hope they learned something and continue to resist tyranny. Spread of word!
Next is from Deseret News. The US Supreme Court has now decided that anyone under arrest, not one actually convicted of a crime, can have a sample of DNA taken. This will not lead to any good. Way too much temptation for police to dig up other stuff about your life. And why is fingerprint not satisfactory anymore?
On a happier note, the end is coming! So says Kevin D. Williamson in an interview with CATO Institute. At least someone is optimistic about it.
