We're having a BOY! 

I can't tell you how glad I am about that. A girl would have been just as perfect, but for some reason I've always desired a boy just a tad bit more. I've heard they're so much easier as teenagers, and I love how curious and energetic they are as toddlers and kids. 

I'm excited to really begin sifting through the baby stuff Ben and I have already received from people. 

Ultrasound pics will be posted soon, I hope. I'm worried our scanner will just pick up on the glossy paper and wont show the actually picture.

I've decided to work my way through Tsh Oxenreider's book.,One Bite at a Time. I loved her first book, so I thought I'd give this one a try too. For $5 on amazon, even if I hated it, it wasn't that expensive. So far I'm enjoying it. I've worked through multiple projects today, like removing Ben and I off some junk mail lists (paper mail and email) and simplifying our receipt system. 

I'm feeling like it's important for me to set up routines that can be easily transitioned to when baby boy arrives. I want to get in the habit of doing quick clean-ups so that I can use nap times efficiently. I'm still aware that baby will turn everything upside down, but if I can simplify now, hopefully the whole thing will go over much more smoothly.
