Take 2


Ben and I are going to do the Whole 30 together. That was another factor to the failure last time. We had so much grain and diary in our house, it was impossible to avoid. So this time, I made him commit to doing it with me. He said he would, if I could show him a decent amount of planning put into it. Which is good, because last time I was thinking, "Dinner is fine. I got that covered. What about breakfast and lunch?"  On top of all the added stresses, it just wasn't happening. So now that we're making it a family affair, I think it will work out much better. 

Who wants to do it with us? (I'm looking at you, Kelly)

  1. Maybe when meat doesn't make me want to toss my cookies. Seriously - some close calls this week. I'm nearing the peak (apparently) and I'm finding food aversions have grown stronger. Holding out for May/June to start feeling normal again. Good luck! Tell me what you end up eating!
