James has changed so much over the last month or so. Its been so fun to experiment with him and watch him try new things and learn. Recent tricks include:
Dancing (banging head side to side)
Spinning in circles
Trying to say names of people (nona, grandpa, josh and michelle. Still won't say mama)
Jumping
Putting legos together and taking them apart
Repeating words (ball, kitty, and trys to repeat "happy baby")
Folding arms for prayer
It's been so fun to have more people around. James likes it too. He is relishing in all the attention. He truly believes everything he does is just the coolest thing ever.
We are working at obedience with him. Last night he kept standing up while on the rocking chair. He understands what we mean when we say "sit on your bottom," but he just laughed and up he went. We're trying to figure out what consequences, if any, he will understand at 13 months old. Simply removing him doesn't always work. 10 minutes later he's back at it.
You guys have been busy (refering to last post as well). Makes sense to move your records. So does this mean you are not moving in September as we originally thought? Keep me posted!
