My food arrived yesterday. Spoke with my health coach and I'm good to go. I even made my health coach so happy she shed a tear or two. I had explained my bra shopping story to her, and she was just so excited and happy. She loves hearing these stories, and she loves being a blessing in others lives.
Last night I put a each days worth of food in zip lock bags. That way I don't have to decide too much what I want to eat. Plus it makes it easy to take with me if James and I are going out for the day.
Thoughts so far today: I'm feeling good! Slightly hungry, but only because I know there is leftover pizza in the fridge. If I stop and think about it, I realize I'm just thirsty. Which, I'm also focusing on drinking more water. 80 oz a day is what I should be drinking. So, 3 of those water bottles you get at the hospital. I don't think I even drank 1 in a normal day.
I'm so glad I'm doing this.
Goooo Devon!!! Good for you!
ReplyDelete"Dieting" (as in, being conscious about your eating and trying to change it) always makes me SO hungry. I want to eat way more than I usually do, simply because it's on my mind and it's "forbidden". Best of luck!
