On Tuesday and Thursday mornings Denise and I do yoga together. After wards we usually makes a green smoothie. She went outside to the garden to get some spinach, and when she didn't return I peeked out on the kitchen window. I saw her talking to some men on t he other side of the garden boxes. I watched for a while, then went outside myself to see if everything was okay. A young college kid on his way to school swerved his truck to avoid an animal in the road. He drove into the ditch, then was airborne and rolled around on our grass. His car finally landed like in the picture. Denise had literally walked outside seconds after it happened. He is fine, but he truck is not. I think he learned a lesson, just run the animal over.
On a happier note. I caught Vala in her new favorite place to sleep. Under my pillow. Our furnace has been broken, so everyone is searching for the warmest place they can to stay warm. I'd say she picked a pretty good spot.
She is definitely getting bigger, and as feisty as ever.
