Today my friend and I jokingly discussed why he believes women are the root of all evil. Women are expensive, and if money is the root of all evil, then therefore women must equal the root of all evil. There were more mathematical reasons to his theory, but I won't elaborate on them. I have to say, he does make an interesting point.
Later, as I was sitting around waiting for my laundry to dry, I began to listen to my iPod, and guess what the first song was? This one. I thought it tied in nicely with the topic he and I had discussed.
It takes money, a whole lot of spending money.
Men never think they are expensive, but they are. Every man I know has expensive toys. But since they don't shop for recreational purposes or get their hair and nails done, they don't see themselves as spending money.
ReplyDeleteAlso, ask any guy if he wants his wife spending money on hair/make-up, etc. and he'll probably say no. Show him a picture of the same woman well-kept and not, and he'll think the well-kept woman looks nicer. He likes the results of the spending - he just doesn't want to think about the effort and money that goes into looking that good.
eh, that friend was me. And I have the logical proof right here:
ReplyDeleteIndependent facts:
1- Money is the root of all evil (money=root of all evil) (eq.1.1)
2- Time is Money (time=money) (eq.1.2)
3- Women cost time and money (women=time x money) (eq.1.3)
Mathematical Model:
1- substitute eq.1.2 into eq.1.3 and we get:
women=money x money or women=money squared. (eq.2.1)
2-then simplify eq.1.1 by squaring both sides to get:
money squared=all evil (eq.2.2)
3- then sub eq.2.2 for money squared and the end result is:
women=all evil (eq.2.3)
